Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
